Position: Sr. Technology Engineer, DevOps Iaas
Location: Meydan, Dubai
Contract Duration: 12Months Extendable
Task and Responsibilities
-Drive the engineering function for assigned technologies.
-Accountable for overall delivery activities, including Design, Development, Implementation,
Standardization, Automation, and Capacity Planning.
-Maintain a T-shaped technical profile with core strength in Linux operating system.
-Automate platform requirements using infrastructure as code principles.
-Take end-to-end accountability for solutions.
-Engage in discussions with Technical and Solution Architects to find optimal problem-solving solutions
based on infrastructure and project requirements.
-Use and contribute to open-source technologies for applicable cases, ensuring interoperability and
functionality of the infrastructure.
-Conduct in-depth exploration of various technologies to leverage their capabilities.
Skills and Experience Required
-At least 8 years of experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations,
– Must have led 2 transformation projects migration on on-prem workloads to a Public Cloud
solution.
– Must be an expert in Terraform and Ansible and have hands ‘on experience in migrating
application to Cloud.
– Must have experience in managing pipelines using Jenkins
