Job Title: Project Manager (Digital Products) Location: Dubai, UAE Duration: 12 months extendable (Long Term on Marc Ellis’ Payroll) Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resources required for successful project delivery. • Execute end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules. • Oversee multiple digital banking product implementations within the UAE/GCC region. Stakeholder Management: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design, to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Engage with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing regular updates on project progress. Security Integration: • Implement and oversee security protocols and measures throughout the project lifecycle. • Work closely with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans. • Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions. Quality Assurance: • Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital banking products. • Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate that security measures are effective. Budget Management: • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are utilized efficiently. • Provide regular financial reports to senior management. Documentation: • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management). • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking sector (Digital Products). • Extensive experience managing projects within the UAE/GCC region. • Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in digital banking. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
