Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration: 12 months extendable (Long term under the payroll of Marc Ellis)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and expertise in Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least three end-to-end (E2E) implementations and be able to provide functional expertise in payroll configurations, compliance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Design, configure, and test Payroll Fast Formulas to automate calculations, validations, and workflows. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

• Analyze payroll processing requirements, compliance, and statutory regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, working closely with technical teams when needed.

• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer for payroll administrators and HR teams.

• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 9+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.

• Must have successfully completed at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.

• Strong expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas and ability to create/modify complex formulas.

• Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, payroll flows, balance adjustments, and legislative compliance.

• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll integrations with third-party systems.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot payroll calculation discrepancies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL).

• Knowledge of UAE local payroll regulations and compliance standards.

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
