Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Duration: 06 months (renewable)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM. This role requires expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, as well as providing ongoing support and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Solution Design and Implementation.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
– Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business needs.
– Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, workflows, and reports. Technical Configuration and Customization.
– Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
– Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and APIs.
– Ensure system integrity and data accuracy by managing data migrations and integrations.
Functional Analysis and Support:
– Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional design documents.
– Provide end-user training and support for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
– Experience in a techno-functional role, with both technical and functional responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
– Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
– Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Functional Skills:
– Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
– Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
– Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365
