Endpoint Security Specialist
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Assist in responses to internal and external compliance audits, penetration tests and
vulnerability assessments.
• Provide engineering capabilities for implementations of new capabilities within the endpoint
security toolsets or supporting components.
• Assist in roadmap development and provide recommendations regarding direction of systems
and applications to help secure access, data and assets.
• Work with IT Security product vendors and service providers, to evaluate potential security
offerings, including product evaluations, pilots and proof of concept installations
• Leverage a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to: logical access
controls, identity and access management, LDAP, security incident response, privileged access
management, database and system monitoring, end user password management and single sign
on systems as well as network device integration and endpoint security tooling.
Technical skills and other qualifications:
• IT or similar bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 5 years total engineering or operational experience
• At least 3 relevant years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Opswat operational & infrastructure administration.
• At least 3 years’ experience with SEP AV/EDR.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Microsoft MDE AV/EDR.
• At least 2 years’ experience with ZScaler DLP solution.
• Experience with ICAP based technologies and integration with WAF/ICAP and API based
workloads
• Knowledge of multiple DLP technologies include upgrade and migration
• Understanding encryption methods and experience with application like Bitlocker
• Knowledge of Azure Security with experience in MDE, MS DLP, Unified Labeling, Attack Surface
Reduction and other technologies is an added benefit.
• Strong understanding of M365 and MS Azure Technologies
• Knowledge of Data Classification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Antivirus Compliance Policies (CIS Benchmark)
• Experience within large and complex global enterprises defined by high availability, transaction
rates, and geographical distribution.
• Good communication and articulation skills
