Role: Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with objectives and best practices.
  • Manage and develop staff, drive talent initiatives, and promote organizational values.
  • Monitor and report on budget compliance and operational excellence.
  • Implement and document policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for high-quality services.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s in IT/related field with 10+ years in a similar sector.
  • Certifications: MCSE, Azure, VMware, Nutanix, PMP, ITIL.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure components, cloud services, and virtualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
