Role: RPA Intelligent Automation Consultant
Location: Remote
Notice Period: 30 days max
Job Type: 6 months extendable
JOB PURPOSE:
The RPA Intelligent Automation Consultant is responsible for the creation of process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for RPA & application development related projects using UI-Path and Power Platform technology. They will maintain a complete understanding of relevant business processes and adhere to all IT policies and procedures. The jobholder should also provide support in the administering of project management tools as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as a techno-functional Business Analyst, preferably in a financial services organization.
•A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
•Hands-on experience in RPA/Power Platform implementation.
•Hands-on experience in providing the solution design for the RPA/Power Platform projects.
•Candidates with a good understanding of banking products and processes across Consumer and Wholesale banking divisions will be preferred.
•Proficient technical writing capabilities and Sufficient analytical skills.
•Good to have any Process Automation technology certification, especially in “UI Path Business Analyst” and ‘Power Platform’.
