In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation best practices, processes, and tools.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM for organizations.
Ability to understand and translate business processes into HCM system functionalities.
Conduct end-to-end testing including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and system upgrades.
Experience working with Saudi Government HR processes and regulations.
Basic understanding of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
Familiarity with integration tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and Fast Formulas is a plus.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
Create and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure a smooth adoption of the system by the HR team.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom report development, data migration, interfaces, and customizations when necessary.
Manage ongoing system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor Oracle patches and updates, coordinating with technical teams for testing and implementation.
Stay current on Oracle Fusion HR features, releases, and enhancements to provide up-to-date recommendations for process optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Experience in leading small to medium-sized implementation projects or workstreams.
Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
Oracle Fusion HCM certification, PMP, or ITIL is a plus.
