Data Analyst Contract

Role: Data Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Notice Period: 30 days
Duration: 6 months (renewable)

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
•Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis.
•Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks such as fraud detection, risk management and algorithmic trading.
•Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
•Create clear and concise visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and financial technologies.
•Maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of data pipelines.
•May participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
•Strong understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
•4 Years proven experience in Data Science working with large and complex datasets.
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Algo Regression.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
•A solid understanding of exchanges, financial markets and products (highly preferred).
