About the role: Microsoft Power Apps consultant is primarily responsible to comprehend the needs of whole organization to architect and device solutions through Microsoft Power Apps Platform Key Responsibilities: • Understand and comprehend the organization and senior stakeholders needs to envision solutions. • Design and implement business technology solutions focused on MS low code no code platform. • Design and implement Model driven apps and canvas apps • Design and implement MS Dynamics 365 CRM Extensions • Deliver solutions successfully with his functional and technical capability to meet various stakeholders’ expectations • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution • Responsible for providing hands-on support in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of custom web applications using Microsoft technologies, specifically new/modern tools (PowerApps/Power Automate/Data Verse and SPFx). • Collaborate with QA/QC to review identified defects in software releases and address issues in a timely manner • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide other developers and team members with guidance and best practices for using new/modern Microsoft technologies. Meet with customers as needed to discuss technical requests/issues • Report to the Enterprise Applications Task Lead and provide weekly inputs on ongoing tasks/activities • Understand and comprehend the organization and senior stakeholders needs to envision solutions. • Deliver solutions successfully with his functional and technical capability to meet various stakeholders’ expectations. • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution • Works closely with various stakeholders like business, technical team and project manager to deliver solution with quality and timelines • Works continuously to look opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions through technology platform. • Contribute the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas • Work in conjunction with Architects, Domain Specialist, Solutions Engineers and Experience Designers to business-develop the set of assigned strategic clients, achieve required conversion targets for opportunities in which the team is engaged and help improve the experience and retain a focused set of strategic clients • Understand the technical and change management efforts required to enable customer success, identify the associated risks and help with their mitigation • Work with a broad range of Enterprise Applications roles to support complex opportunities with the appropriate skills, deliverables and outcome-based mindset • Recommend the budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon. • Design short and long-range growth strategies and prepares execution plans to achieve targets. • Continuous service improvement plan and improvement roadmap to ensure tactical and strategic improvements are identified, delivered, and aligned to the strategic business and customer outcomes • Monitor and synthesize market research relative to our need as well as industry best practices and emerging solutions that can be applied to our business • Provide coaching to employees and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of Partnerships • Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy • Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment. • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers. To qualify, you must have: – Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science • Certified Power Apps developer • Certified MS Dynamics CRM developer • Preferably Certified Power apps Solution Architect – Minimum Experience: • +6 years of experience in Powerapps and MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) • Expert in JavaScript & C# , Plugin Writing for Model Driven Apps • Expert in Process flow automation using power apps • Expert in Power Pages or ADX Studio • Experience in Dual-Write • Experience in ERP Integration – Job-Specific Skills: • Person must have experience of delivering enterprise level automations to cater fit for purpose journey. • Person must have excellent understanding of integrating various upstream and downstream enterprise applications to ensure relevant and accurate information is interfaced to intended systems. • Person should be hands-on functional and technical design, development and configuration. • Person must possess soft skills to effectively communicate senior stakeholders, peers, and subordinates to manage expectations and lead successful delivery. • Person should be hands-on doing configuration, functional and technical design for development. • Person must possess soft skills to effectively communicate senior stakeholders, peers, and subordinates to manage expectations and lead successful delivery. • Ideal candidate is a servant leadership style, Inspirational, Change Agent, highly collaborative and trustworthy
