We are looking to hire an Analyst Compensation & Rewards who will play a pivotal role in overseeing a leading organization’s payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while implementing effective performance management and rewards initiatives.
Reporting to the Manager Talent Development & Rewards, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources focusing on Compensation, Employee Benefits, and Rewards.
Key skill sets for this role include proficiency in total rewards management, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with HR policies and procedures, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
The Analyst will be instrumental in maintaining HR operational excellence, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
