About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Write and post job advertisements on various platforms
Use databases, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent
Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate job offers and close placements
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize workload
Confident using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
