Recruitment Consultant Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

• Write and post job advertisements on various platforms

• Use databases, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent

• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews

• Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process

• Negotiate job offers and close placements

• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize workload

• Confident using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
