Role: Analyst/Specialist – AML, Transaction Monitoring
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Contract, 10 months (extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Investigate AML alerts and file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
• Support the implementation of AML frameworks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide AML compliance advice to business functions and address day-to-day operational queries.
• Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on AML/CTF trends and their implications for the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Banking, or Finance (certification in AML, compliance, or risk management preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AML transaction monitoring, compliance, or audit in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of regional and international AML/CTF regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred).
• Discreet with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
