Job Title: Firco Consultant Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Location: Onsite, Abu Dhabi
Job Brief: The Senior Engineer is responsible for developing new solutions, install, configure and manage infrastructure for the applications under Sanctions and Screening portfolio with experience in all FircoSoft application components (Firco trust, Firco Continuity, FSK, TCMAPI, Utilities etc..). Responsible for providing necessary technical support which includes design, build, security and infra domain to facilitate in evaluating and building/configuring all FircoSoft deployment and support. Knowledge on AWS, Angular, and Java will be an added advantage.
Requirement:
• Should contain 8+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, FSK
• Good knowledge in IBM MQ and WebSphere
• Good to have working experience in Firco Case Manager API
• Should have worked on any of the Job scheduling tools
• Good to have working experience in Java/J2EE, Spring framework
• Good to have working experience in Angular and AWS
• Strong experience in Unix Shell Scripting
• Good skills on debugging and troubleshooting issues
• Good to have exposure to Agile methodology
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a
collaborative and team-oriented manner with other team members.
Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the development and configuration of Fircosoft component
Interacting with the internal teams and work collaboratively for closure.
• Participate in regular meetings with IT and Complaisance technology team to track and update the progress of the observations.
• Interacting with Infra team wherever necessary and troubleshoot challenges wherever encountered.
• Evaluate and assess the remedial measures for the observations logged in JIRA tool.
• Meticulously track the items for closure.
• Develop and maintain application problem analysis and resolution techniques.
• Communicate and document the observations and escalating to the appropriate IT staff or vendor when necessary.
• Interact with vendors and challenge the limitations wherever it deems appropriate.
• Carry out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the issues and problems raised and proposes viable solutions within the acceptable scope.
• Work with business users, IT business and technical support teams and vendors, monitor and report on the progress of required tasks and maintain an emphasis on the early identification and, rectification of problems.
• Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes
• Interface with internal and external entities (such as other project teams, ITD units, user departments, external businesses, suppliers, vendors, etc.) with respect to projects, costs information, software, hardware and other areas as required to remediate the observations.
