Task and Responsibilities
• Drive business momentum through client, product and other strategic initiatives aligned to Group and Business Segments’ priorities for International
• Drive/execute Head Office and International initiatives and projects across International
• Anchor internal collaboration related to International and act as the key liaison between International and other related business and functions to deliver HO and International priorities and targets
• Build and establish networks with Business Segments’ stakeholders in Head Office.
Skills and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 8 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably with international experience
• Experience working in a matrix organisation structure
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting and business planning experience involving interaction with senior management
• Knowledge of the banking sector, and products and business strategies
